1. The founder of the organisation is Mr Andrew Zi Zheng Huang who has a lifetime of experiences in and out of real estate business through more than 4 cycles in more than 3 countries including Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
Trained as a Management Accountant, Andrew is a CPA, and Business Management Post Graduate with Strategic Marketing & Analysis as an area of focus.
2. Nicole is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Specialist and approaches Real Estate investments for her clients as part of their Tax Planning. In recent months, this dynamic lady has added mortgage broking to her repertoire so that her clients can purchase real estate invesments with the confidence of knowing that they have in-principle approval financing at hand.
2. Danielle comes from the analytical background of having been a strategic consumer goods buyer and while relatively new in Real Estate is fast becoming an important member of the team with responsibilities for South Australia.
4. Where we do not have our own staff, we work in con-junction with our trusted and reliable business associates in all the other Australian States so we can provide a good coverage for our clientele.
5. In Singapore, an important investment hub and location to grow real estate investments, where capital gains are not taxable in-situ, Sheila is a formidable warrior with more than 20 years of real estate industry experiences to benefit our clients.
